Harrity Property Management was formed by sole proprietor Luther Harrity in the summer of 2007 when he realized the need for a truly professional and innovative property management company in Saint John. Since the beginning the company has formed some key partnerships with industry leaders to provide the best service to their clients and tenants. In August 2008 Harrity Property Management became a division of Harrity Real Estate Services.

The goal of the Harrity PM is to provide a service that grows and evolves with both clients, tenants and the industry.
